Some notes here stitch and synthesize other notes, forming a “mega-note” that mirrors an essay in length and structure. Pragmatically, though, I don’t consider these essays because:
- they can and will change as more notes make it into the vault
- they will occasionally hold more than one key idea or argument, which fails my personal standards of a good essay anyway
A synthesis / mega-note is closer in function to the zettelkasten’s permanent note.
